The IRA Charitable Rollover provision allows individuals 70 1/2 and older to make tax-free gifts totaling up to $100,000 from a traditional IRA account directly to Livingston. If you and your spouse have IRA accounts, you may each make gifts up to $100,000. While you cannot claim a charitable deduction for IRA gifts, this distribution counts as a tax-free transfer fulfilling your annual minimum required distribution. Please contact your IRA custodian for more information or to to initiate an IRA Charitable Rollover. Transactions usually take a few weeks, so planning ahead can help. The spring tour blends a variety of elements to create a truly delightful afternoon of fun and friendship. In addition to the five amazing gardens, the tour features art exhibits and demonstrations, a delightful garden-themed boutique, enticing raffle, live music and delicious refreshments. Event is held the first Sunday of May. Tickets are only $30!
Soiree at the Ranch was a huge success. Livingston raised over $311,000, just a few thousand shy of our fundraising goal. All proceeds will go directly towards supporting our programs. These programs provide vital services such as home health care, hospice, palliative care, grief and bereavement counseling, and caregiving to Ventura County residents.
Light Up a Life is for everyone. It’s an opportunity to remember and celebrate the life of someone dear to you. Each event features readings, acts of remembrance and music. All events are free to attend. We are grateful to the hundreds of donors who participate by purchasing memorial stars. Each fully tax-deductible gift supports — and ensures the continuation of — compassionate hospice and bereavement programs throughout Ventura County.
