We specialize in the care of people with advanced illness — most often for patients in the last six months of life when a cure is no longer an option. We are experts in helping manage pain and other difficult symptoms, and more importantly, we can help guide you along this journey. Our team-oriented care considers the whole person and their family — focusing on quality of life through pain management, emotional support, and spiritual care expressly tailored to the patient’s needs and wishes.
Appropriate for anyone with a limited life expectancy of six months or less and no longer receiving curative treatments.
