This enlightening presentation explores the basic foundation of hospice care, the Medicare Hospice benefit, the specific services and supplies that are available, and how Livingston can address specialized situations.
This presentation will address your personal, emotional, spiritual, and medical wishes so that family and friends won’t have to guess what you want and make hard choices without knowing your wishes. The Five Wishes living will/advance directive is valid in most states — including California. Participants bring the easy-to-complete booklet home at the end of the presentation to complete at their leisure.
Please join us for an opportunity to learn and talk about what transitions, challenges, and choices there are at the end of life. You will learn how and when to make decisions about choosing home health, palliative care, or hospice care and what the differences are between them.
