Livingston Memorial VNA & Hospice Earns CHAP Accreditation and Certification Across All Services
Livingston Memorial Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice (Livingston) is proud to announce that it has received full accreditation from the Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) for its Home Health and Hospice programs, as well as certification for Palliative Care and Age-Friendly Care.

Livingston’s achievement reflects its ongoing dedication to excellence, innovation, and its mission of service to the community.” said Molly Corbett, President & CEO of Livingston.
