Molly has been in our office since February 20th, 2018. She brings a new breath of enthusiasm and passion to our fundraising efforts. Molly holds a BA in Political Science from Loyola University and an MA in Political Science from University of Colorado – Denver. She has worked in the nonprofit sector for more than 25 years. Molly and her family recently relocated to Ventura to be closer to her mom and sisters. Prior to coming to Livingston she worked at an international NGO in Los Angeles and was the founder and director of a nonprofit in Baltimore, Maryland that provides services to women seeking asylum. Shortly after arriving in California, her mother suffered a stroke and was admitted to hospice.

Molly said, “My sisters and I are so grateful for the nurses and caregivers that provided care for my mom during her final days. They eased a most difficult journey for me and my family.” It was because of this
experience that when Molly heard about the position at Livingston she was immediately interested. “I am
thrilled to be joining such a wonderful organization and an amazing development team. I know my mom
would be proud of the work I am doing here at Livingston.” Molly is also grateful for the opportunity to work close to home. Her previous commute to Los Angeles did not allow much time for her family. She has a husband and two teenage children. They enjoy camping, hiking, and traveling together.

In 1986, Dr. Dial became the Medical Director of Livingston Visiting Nurse Association and in 1986 he created Ventura County’s first Medicare Certified Hospice at Livingston. In July of 2007, Dr. Dial became Livingston’s  Medical Director and continues to serve in that capacity.

Dr. Dial received his Medical Degree from Washington University School of Medicine in 1981. His academic honors include election to Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Omega Alpha societies. He is a Diplomat with the American Board of Family Practice (1984) and holds Certificates of Added Qualifications in both Geriatric Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. His faculty appointment is as a UCLA Associate Professor of Family Medicine.
