Bereavement Support Groups

All groups are free of charge and open to individuals who have experienced a loss. These groups provide a safe and comfortable environment. Drop-ins are welcome.

Ø      Improve understanding of the grief process

Ø      Decrease emotional pain

Ø      Receive emotional and educational support

Ø      Develop coping skills

Ø      Increase independence and autonomy

Ø      Create new social support systems

Ø      Rediscover a sense of hope
