ADULT BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT GROUP
SPONSORED BY LIVINGSTON MEMORIAL VNA & HOSPICE
Free of charge and open to individuals who have experienced
a loss. These groups provide a safe and comfortable
environment that encourages each member to
• Improve understanding of the grief process
• Decrease emotional pain
• Receive emotional and educational support
• Develop coping skills
• Increase independence and autonomy
• Create new social support systems
• Rediscover a sense of hope
