September 14th (Tuesday) is the date for the next monthly class specifically designed for adults who have recently experienced a death. It will be held from 6:00-7:30 pm at the Livingston Memorial VNA & Hospice office located at 1996 Eastman Avenue, Suite 106, in Ventura. This one-time class is designed to assist you in understanding the grief process, provide you with ways to cope with your grief, help answer your questions and familiarize you with the services and support available. There is no charge for attending, but space is limited.
